Comprehensive Self-Management Intervention

We are pilot testing an 8 session intervention to teach self-management skills. You may be eligible for this study if you have a diagnosis of ulcerative colitis or Crohn’s disease and you are currently experiencing symptoms. IBD Sleep-Wake Study

Congratulations to PhD candidate Linda Yoo who recently completed recruitment for her dissertation study! This study involved wearing an actigraph watch for 10 days, providing a stool sample, completing a phone interview, and filling out surveys. Results should be available Winter 2025.
