This project is led by PhD student Linda Yoo.

The study is currently recruiting individuals with inflammatory bowel disease who receive care at the University of Washington. Participating involves wearing an actigraph watch for 10 days, providing a stool sample, completing a phone interview, and filling out surveys. All parts of the study can be completed remotely, and study compensation is provided.

Comprehensive Self-Management Intervention

We are pilot testing an 8 session intervention to teach self-management skills.
